So you’ve decided what type of service you need, but don’t know what to do next. As a potential client of The Digital Geek, you have three options available:
This option allows you to pay a deposit on checkout once you’ve decided what type of service you want. Once the deposit is paid, you will receive an email with an invoice and your order details. Expect a personal email from myself along with a meeting request to discuss the project further and payment arrangements for the remaining balance.
You’re more than welcome to settle the full amount upfront on checkout. Once settled, please expect a personal email from me as well as a meeting request to discuss the project further.

Frequently Asked Questions
The scope of the project will be discussed in detail in our meeting / via email or any preferred communication channel.
45% of the hourly rate is payable as a deposit to secure the service. Once we’ve met, communicated and established a deadline and everything in between, I will give an estimate, once we agree, I will track time accordingly and send you all relevant timesheets.
Once a deposit is paid and we’ve met, communicated and started the project, all fees thereafter are non-refundable. If after our intro meeting you aren’t satisfied, you will receive your deposit back.
